BIT Transfers
No matter where you are or what time it is, you can pay for your tickets using a credit or debit card or via BIT. Your order confirmation or e-ticket will be sent to your email instantly — so you never miss the chance to secure the best seats.
We work with secure, trusted payment processing systems and accept all major bank cards.
Your payment data is encrypted using the PCI DSS Level 1 protocol on the secure server of the electronic payment system. This means that your card details are not accessible to the site administrators or any third parties.
Ticket Refunds
Ticket refunds for purchases made on www.bardpr.com are handled in accordance with the terms of our Public Offer Agreement (User Agreement), available on the website.
Refunds by Customer Request
You may cancel or reschedule your order within 14 days of purchase, but no later than 7 days before the event date (with the event date counted as day 8), in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law: http://www.consumers.org.il/category/cancel_events
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus the box office service fee and 5% of the total ticket cost, within 14 business days after submitting a written request to: bardnext@gmail.com.
You may cancel your order without any service fees on the same day of purchase, provided that the cancellation request is submitted during accounting office hours (Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–17:00).
Refunds Due to Event Cancellation, Changes, or Postponement
In the case of event cancellation, changes, or rescheduling, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of the announcement.
If the event was rescheduled due to force majeure, all tickets remain valid for the new date. If the new date is not suitable, refund requests will be reviewed individually, based on documented proof of inability to attend.
