These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Bard Productions LTD and users of the website www.bardpr.com.
Preamble
Bard Productions LTD (hereinafter referred to as "the Agency" or "bardpr.com") is an event organizer and communications agency providing ticket reservation, processing, delivery, and sales services for events.
Definitions
Unless the context requires otherwise, the terms used in this offer are defined in the glossary at the end of this document.
General Provisions
1.1. These Terms regulate the relationship between bardpr.com and the Buyer.
1.2. According to Israeli law, this document constitutes a public offer. By accepting these terms and paying for tickets, the Buyer enters into a legally binding agreement with bardpr.com. Payment constitutes acceptance of this offer and is deemed equivalent to entering into a contract.
1.3. Use of the bardpr.com website for browsing and selecting events is free of charge.
1.4. All text and graphic content on the bardpr.com website is the property of Bard Productions LTD and/or event organizers and/or their affiliates.
Subject of the Agreement
2.1. Bard Productions LTD publishes this Public Offer for the sale of tickets to cultural and sporting events through its website bardpr.com. The company may modify or supplement these Terms at any time, with or without notifying users, depending on the nature of the changes. The current version is always available on the website.
2.2. For events organized by third parties, bardpr.com publishes information exactly as received from the event organizer and/or ticket supplier and is not responsible for any inaccuracies.
Buyer Status
3.1. The Buyer is an individual or legal entity that places an order on bardpr.com under the terms of this public offer.
3.2. Payment of an order constitutes the Buyer’s full agreement to these Terms and confirms the conclusion of the sales contract.
Access to Buyer Information
4.1. By placing an order or interacting with bardpr.com, the Buyer agrees to the processing and use of personal data for purposes such as order fulfillment, event updates, cancellations, or changes. Bardpr.com may share Buyer contact information with the event organizer solely for such purposes. Data is kept confidential and not shared with third parties.
4.2. bardpr.com will not disclose Buyer data to any unrelated third parties without consent.
Contract Formation
5.1. The Buyer expresses consent by registering and/or completing the order form and paying for the order. Upon registration, the following services are available:
– Notifications system
– Online ticket booking
– Newsletter and SMS subscription, which can be canceled via the opt-out link.
5.2. The Agency does not modify Buyer information.
Order Placement
6.1. Orders can be placed directly on the website or via email at bardnext@gmail.com.
Pricing and Payment
7.1. The total cost includes ticket prices and any additional bardpr.com service fees (e.g., service or delivery fees).
7.2. Payment methods are listed on the website.
Order Fulfillment
8.1. Tickets are sent via email. Buyers may print or show them on a smartphone at the venue.
8.2. Tickets can also be collected at the venue box office one hour before the event.
8.3. If the Buyer arrives late, venue staff may deny entry or relocate the seat, as per venue policy. bardpr.com is not responsible for this.
Rights and Obligations
9. bardpr.com shall:
9.1. Keep Buyer information confidential, except where required by law.
9.2. Not be liable for inaccuracies in the information provided by the Buyer.
9.3. Be fully responsible for order processing from submission to delivery.
9.4. Not be liable for losses caused by third parties.
9.5. Not be responsible for the Buyer’s incorrect selection of event, ticket category, time, or other order details.
9.6. Reserve the right not to deliver an order in case of force majeure or incorrect information provided by the Buyer.
The Buyer shall:
10.1. Review the Terms and Conditions.
10.2. Pay for and accept the order in a timely manner.
10.3. Provide accurate and current information.
10.4. Plan arrival time accordingly. Late arrival may result in denied entry or seat reassignment, per venue rules.
10.5. Take full responsibility for ticket safety after delivery, including third-party use or online sharing.
10.6. Accept all obligations and rights under this agreement after payment.
Refunds Upon Buyer’s Request
11.1. Cancellation or date change is possible within 14 days of purchase but no later than 7 days before the event.
11.2. Refunds (minus service and 5% handling fees) are processed within 14 business days upon written request to bardnext@gmail.com.
11.3. Orders canceled on the day of purchase during business hours (Sun–Thu, 09:00–17:00) are refunded without penalty.
Refunds Due to Event Changes
12.1. If an event is canceled, rescheduled, or changed, a full refund is issued within 14 days.
12.2. If postponed due to force majeure, tickets remain valid for the new date. If the new date is not suitable, refunds may be granted upon documented request.
12.3. Bard Productions LTD may amend refund and sales terms with at least two days’ notice on the website.
Definitions
– "Offer" – a public proposal by the Seller to enter into a sales agreement.
– "Agency" – the ticketing agent selling tickets via the website.
– "Buyer" – an individual or entity purchasing under the offer.
– "Acceptance" – the Buyer’s full and unconditional agreement to the offer.
– "Ticket" – an official document granting entry to an event.
– "Order" – the Buyer’s decision to purchase one or more tickets.
– "Ticket Delivery" – the process of transferring the ticket to the Buyer.
– "Event Organizer" – the party responsible for the event.
– "Principal" – the ticket supplier authorizing sales.
– "Service Fee" – a 2.5% fee for booking and ticket processing services.
Legal Validity
13.1. In the event of any contradiction between these Terms and Israeli law, the law shall prevail. Invalid provisions do not affect the agreement as a whole.
Effective Date
14.1. This agreement takes effect upon acceptance and remains valid until both parties fulfill their obligations.
