User Agreement – Consent to Personal Data Processing

The Buyer's consent to provide and allow bardpr.com to process their personal data remains valid until the Operator ceases operations or the Buyer withdraws their consent. By accepting this Agreement, registering and/or placing an order, and accessing the Website thereafter, the Buyer confirms that they willingly and knowingly provide their personal data for processing by bardpr.com, in accordance with the Israeli Personal Data Protection Law.
2. Personal Data Collected
The Buyer provides, but is not limited to, the following personal data:
Personal information provided during registration and/or ordering tickets or using site services
Full name, identification document details, phone number (including mobile), email address, etc.
bardpr.com does not verify the accuracy of personal data submitted by the Buyer and assumes the information provided is accurate and sufficient.
3. Data Processing Activities
The following actions may be performed with the Buyer’s personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion, and destruction.
The Buyer agrees that their data may be shared with authorized Israeli state bodies if required by law. Personal data is stored and processed by bardpr.com throughout its operational period.
4. Processing Methods
Data is processed using database management systems and may involve automated, mechanical, or manual methods.
5. Confidentiality
The confidentiality terms in this Agreement apply to all information bardpr.com may receive from the Buyer when placing, receiving, paying for tickets, and during the delivery of other services.
Information disclosed publicly during the fulfillment of this Agreement or sourced from publicly accessible platforms is not considered confidential.
bardpr.com implements all necessary measures to safeguard personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes:
Continuous internal reviews of data collection, storage, and processing
Physical security of data and restricted access to storage systems
Limited access to authorized employees or agents who require the data to provide services, support, or improve the platform
6. Transfer and Disclosure
Personal data is kept confidential unless the Buyer voluntarily makes it public. If bardpr.com undergoes reorganization or transfer of rights, the successor shall assume all obligations under this Agreement regarding personal data.
7. Cookie Use
By using this site, you confirm your consent to the use of cookies. If you do not agree, please adjust your browser settings accordingly or refrain from using the Website.
8. Security Protocol
All information submitted on the site is transmitted via PCI DSS Level 1 protocol — the highest current data transmission security standard — ensuring that third parties cannot intercept any data.
9. Withdrawal of Consent
Buyers may withdraw their consent to data processing by submitting a written and signed notice to bardpr.com on a physical medium.
